Outreach Engagement

The service aims to engage with prisoners, providing both responsive and planned support to reduce the risk of reoffending. Access to the outreach service is via referral from the prison, self-referrals and all clients who attend groups while in prison.

The service consists of:

1) Responsive Support to get urgent help through access to services, benefits, banking as well as finding accommodation.

2) Planned Support that will engage local specialist services to work closely with the individuals in order to settle into a permanent home, building a new life away from prison.

Service Operation times:

Monday-Saturday 8am-7.pm
