To take away more skills and to change my life to become a better man. I would love to come back as I like it.

About anger issues and how we feel and how that ties in to the way we act etc.

It helps me speak out. Addiction for me is lonely. Here I'm in a group. It's shown me how we are all the same and I'm not an alien.

Very good it's going to help me more in life, I would like to come back and get more skills and try to become a mentor.

That we have so much in common with the people who run the group and it's relevant to our life-styles. We're the same so it can be the same in recovery. Thank you.
